These Terms and Conditions define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, returns and complaints regarding goods offered in our online store.

The supplier of the goods offered on this website is Boudoir, Radićeva 22, 10000 Zagreb.

A customer is any visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, places an order and makes payment, thereby concluding a Distance Contract.

The Terms and Conditions of the online store www.boudoir.hr are drafted in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14; 110/15), Chapter III – Contracts concluded outside business premises and distance contracts, and constitute a prior notice in the sense of Article 43 of the Act. By ordering products, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Boudoir, through its online store, enables the purchase of the full range of products available in the web offer. Products are described and presented in detail. The color of products may vary due to lighting conditions and monitor settings.

Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

 

The automatic electronic order confirmation received by the Customer after placing the order does not represent final acceptance of the offer by the Seller, but only information that the order has been received.

The sales contract is considered concluded only at the moment when the Seller issues the invoice and hands over the goods to the delivery service.

The price valid on the day of the order applies, i.e. all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices applicable at the time of order.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of technical error, incorrect pricing, unavailability of products, or for other objective reasons.

Boudoir reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, as well as to launch discounts and special offers.

For orders placed by customers outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are borne by the customer.

Boudoir, Izrada šešira i odjeće reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

The Terms and Conditions apply equally to purchases made through the online store and in the physical store (in relation to returns, refunds, complaints, and claims).

 

ORDERS

Boudoir reserves the right to delay delivery of an order if there are problems with payment or if the customer has provided incomplete delivery information.

If the ordered product is not available (temporarily or sold out), the customer will be notified by email.

If the product is sold out, the order will be canceled and the customer will receive a refund.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by:

  • One-time payment with credit and debit cards: Maestro, Visa Electron, MasterCard, VISA
  • PayPal service

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

If you choose in-store pickup instead of delivery, our staff will contact you by phone or email once your order is ready for collection.

The preparation time for in-store pickup is also up to 8 working days.

 

DELIVERY

To reduce waste and unnecessary stock, most products are made after your order is placed. Therefore, ordered products will be delivered within 8 working days from the date of order. Delivery times are calculated from the date of order.

Orders are shipped on working days – we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

The quantity shown on the website reflects the available amount of fabric for a particular model, not the number of finished products in stock.

Products marked as “immediately available” will be shipped within 2 working days (Monday–Friday). During sales and promotions, this period may be extended.

If the ordered product is not available, you will be notified by phone or email, and an extended delivery period, replacement product, or cancellation will be agreed.

You can track your delivery through the link received by email from our delivery service once your order has been shipped.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Orders are shipped via:

Croatian Post – expected delivery time:

  • Croatia: 1–2 working days, islands up to 3 working days
  • Europe: up to 7 working days
  • USA and the rest of the world: 2–3 weeks

 

Box Now – expected delivery time: 24–48 hours

Boudoir is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, customs delays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are charged separately.

  • Croatian Post:
    • Croatia: €5
    • Europe: €15
    • Non-European countries: €20

 

Delivery within Croatia is free of charge for orders above €200.

Box Now delivery is free of charge for all orders within Croatia.

Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to check the shipment. Visible damages must be reported directly to the courier, and damaged shipments must be refused.

By signing the delivery note and accepting the invoice, the customer confirms that the product has been inspected and that there are no complaints regarding transport damage.

If the customer refuses the package due to visible damage, they must complete the courier’s damage form and notify Boudoir by email immediately, and no later than within 8 days. The customer must also state whether they request a replacement shipment or a refund.

After receiving the returned package and the completed form, Boudoir undertakes to re-deliver (if the product is available) within the usual delivery period, or to issue a refund at the customer’s request.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To return goods, please contact us by email at [email protected].

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the expiry of the deadline with an unequivocal statement sent by email to [email protected], or by using the withdrawal form.

Please state your name, address, and phone number. We will confirm receipt of your notice by email without delay.

In case an R1 invoice (business transaction) is issued, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22) does not apply.

The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.

The Seller is obliged to refund the amount to the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags and the receipt.

The security tag must remain attached to the product.

As of January 1, 2025, Boudoir reserves the right to deduct a fixed fee of €5 from the refund amount to cover our packaging and waste disposal.

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after Boudoir receives the returned goods, checks their condition, and approves the refund.

 

Boudoir reserves the right to reject returns if the goods do not meet the stated conditions.

 

TYPES OF RETURNS

  • Exchange - Exchange for another size or product is possible if the requested item is available.
  • Refund - Refunds will be issued within 14 days after Boudoir has checked and accepted the returned goods in their original condition.
  • Order Cancellation - the Customer has the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving order confirmation, without providing reasons. In such a case, the refund will be issued immediately, using the same method of payment as the original transaction.

If the Customer cancels the order after the 24-hour period, such cancellation will be treated as a return of goods, and the refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received.

 

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

If the Customer has complaints regarding purchased products, pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, they may submit a written complaint by email to [email protected] or by post to:

Please include your name, address, contact details, and a description of the complaint. We will provide a written response within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

 

LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS

In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, in case of material defects in the product, the provisions of the Obligations Act (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 75/15) apply.

The Customer must notify the Seller of visible defects without delay, and no later than two months from the date the defect was discovered.

The Seller is not liable for material defects that appear more than two years after delivery of the product.

Any disputes between the Seller and Customer will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, the competent court in the Seller’s place of business will have jurisdiction.

As of 15 February 2016, the EU has provided an ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform for online shopping disputes. Complaints may be submitted in any of the 23 official EU languages via:
