info@boudoir.hr<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n These Terms and Conditions define the process of ordering, payment, delivery, returns and complaints regarding goods offered in our online store.<\/p>\n The supplier of the goods offered on this website is Boudoir, Radi\u0107eva 22, 10000 Zagreb.<\/p>\n A customer is any visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, places an order and makes payment, thereby concluding a Distance Contract.<\/p>\n The Terms and Conditions of the online store\u00a0www.boudoir.hr<\/a>\u00a0are drafted in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (NN 41\/14; 110\/15), Chapter III – Contracts concluded outside business premises and distance contracts, and constitute a prior notice in the sense of Article 43 of the Act. By ordering products, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n Boudoir, through its online store, enables the purchase of the full range of products available in the web offer. Products are described and presented in detail. The color of products may vary due to lighting conditions and monitor settings.<\/p>\n Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The automatic electronic order confirmation received by the Customer after placing the order does not represent final acceptance of the offer by the Seller, but only information that the order has been received.<\/p>\n The sales contract is considered concluded only at the moment when the Seller issues the invoice and hands over the goods to the delivery service.<\/p>\n The price valid on the day of the order applies, i.e. all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices applicable at the time of order.<\/p>\n The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of technical error, incorrect pricing, unavailability of products, or for other objective reasons.<\/p>\n Boudoir reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, as well as to launch discounts and special offers.<\/p>\n For orders placed by customers outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n Boudoir, Izrada \u0161e\u0161ira i odje\u0107e reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.<\/p>\n The Terms and Conditions apply equally to purchases made through the online store and in the physical store (in relation to returns, refunds, complaints, and claims).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n ORDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n Boudoir reserves the right to delay delivery of an order if there are problems with payment or if the customer has provided incomplete delivery information.<\/p>\n If the ordered product is not available (temporarily or sold out), the customer will be notified by email.<\/p>\n If the product is sold out, the order will be canceled and the customer will receive a refund.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p>\n Payment can be made by:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n IN-STORE PICKUP<\/strong><\/p>\n If you choose in-store pickup instead of delivery, our staff will contact you by phone or email once your order is ready for collection.<\/p>\n The preparation time for in-store pickup is also up to 8 working days.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n To reduce waste and unnecessary stock, most products are made after your order is placed. Therefore, ordered products will be delivered within 8 working days from the date of order. Delivery times are calculated from the date of order.<\/p>\n Orders are shipped on working days – we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.<\/p>\n The quantity shown on the website reflects the available amount of fabric for a particular model, not the number of finished products in stock.<\/p>\n Products marked as “immediately available” will be shipped within 2 working days (Monday-Friday). During sales and promotions, this period may be extended.<\/p>\n If the ordered product is not available, you will be notified by phone or email, and an extended delivery period, replacement product, or cancellation will be agreed.<\/p>\n You can track your delivery through the link received by email from our delivery service once your order has been shipped.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n DELIVERY TIMES<\/strong><\/p>\n Orders are shipped using the following delivery services. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the courier service and external circumstances.<\/p>\n Croatian Post – Paket24<\/strong><\/p>\n BOX NOW<\/strong><\/p>\n GLS<\/strong><\/p>\n Delivery times start from the day the shipment is handed over to the courier service. Boudoir is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n SHIPPING COSTS<\/strong><\/p>\n Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed separately during checkout, depending on the selected delivery method and the total order value.<\/p>\n Delivery within the Republic of Croatia<\/strong><\/p>\nBOX NOW – 24\/7 parcel locker delivery<\/strong> Shipment inspection and claims<\/strong><\/p>\n The customer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage to the courier, as well as refuse acceptance of a damaged shipment.<\/p>\n By signing the delivery note and receiving the invoice, the customer confirms that the shipment has been inspected and that there are no objections regarding damage to the transport packaging.<\/p>\n If the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to visible damage, they are required to complete the appropriate damage report provided by the delivery service and notify Boudoir by email without delay, and no later than within 8 (eight) days<\/strong>, stating whether they wish to receive a replacement shipment or a refund.<\/p>\n Upon receipt of the returned shipment and the accompanying documentation, Boudoir undertakes to arrange a replacement delivery (subject to product availability) or issue a refund, in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n GIFT CARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n Boudoir gift cards are issued in digital form and can be redeemed exclusively through our online shop. Within 24 hours of purchase, the customer receives an e-mail containing a unique single-use code matching the value of the purchased gift card. The code is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed in full within a single order. If the cart total is lower than the gift card value, the system will not allow the code to be applied.<\/p>\n The gift card is transferable and not linked to the purchaser’s name. It can be used on all available products, including discounted items, and may be combined with other discount codes. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused amount is non-refundable. If the order total exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference may be paid at checkout. In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use, Boudoir cannot issue a replacement code. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n GIFT CARDS – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/p>\n Items purchased with a gift card may be exchanged for another available product of equal or higher value, with payment of any difference. Monetary refunds are not available in any form.<\/strong><\/p>\n Orders paid with a gift card are not eligible for monetary refunds. In the event of a return, the customer will receive a new gift card in the same value as the originally redeemed one, which may be used for a future purchase within the validity period. As the gift card functions as prepaid credit, partial or full cash refunds are not possible.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n RETURNS AND REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n To return goods, please fill the form at https:\/\/boudoir.hr\/en\/return\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the expiry of the deadline with an unequivocal statement sent \u00a0by using the withdrawal form at https:\/\/boudoir.hr\/en\/return\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n We will confirm receipt of your notice by email without delay.<\/p>\n In case an R1 invoice (business transaction) is issued, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19\/22) does not apply.<\/p>\n The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.<\/p>\n The Seller is obliged to refund the amount to the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags and the receipt.<\/p>\n The security tag must remain attached to the product.<\/p>\n As of January 1, 2025, Boudoir reserves the right to deduct a fixed fee of \u20ac5 from the refund amount to cover our packaging and waste disposal.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Boudoir reserves the right to reject returns if the goods do not meet the stated conditions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n TYPES OF RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n If the Customer cancels the order after the 24-hour period, such cancellation will be treated as a return of goods, and the refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS<\/strong><\/p>\n If the Customer has complaints regarding purchased products, pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, they may submit a written complaint by email to\u00a0info@boudoir.hr<\/a>\u00a0or by post to:<\/p>\n Boudoir, Izrada \u0161e\u0161ira i odje\u0107e, vl. We will provide a written response within 15 days of receiving the complaint.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS<\/strong><\/p>\n In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, in case of material defects in the product, the provisions of the Obligations Act (NN 35\/05, 41\/08, 125\/11, 75\/15) apply.<\/p>\n The Customer must notify the Seller of visible defects without delay, and no later than two months from the date the defect was discovered.<\/p>\n The Seller is not liable for material defects that appear more than two years after delivery of the product.<\/p>\n Any disputes between the Seller and Customer will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, the competent court in the Seller’s place of business will have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n As of 15 February 2016, the EU has provided an ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform for online shopping disputes.
